"Eastern Shore was FANTASTIC! Being new to the area, we called several places in New Bern and they were the only ones that were reasonably priced and respectful of our needs. They were on-time and our carpets looked like new! We recommend them!!"

"I have two dogs who love to make a mess and stained my carpet pretty bad. So I called Eastern Shore, just got it cleaned and it looks amazing! The price was excellent as well as the customer service. They were flexible with my schedule, on time, did the job efficient and in a timely manner.
